Installation of low voltage outdoor lighting systems and holiday lighting in residential and commercial settings. ( Will train )
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical and low voltage systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical and low voltage equipment
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Speaking with clients to inform and educate them the about additional products and services available.
- Proper care and operation of company vehicles.
- Assembling lights and mounting them in prescribed locations.
- Running and burying low voltage wiring in landscape areas and lawns.
- Mounting transformers and connecting wire runs.
- Ensuring there are proper inventory levels in your van.
Experience:
- Has a driver license with clean driving record (no DUI's or accidents in the last five years).
- Makes a good first impression by being well groomed, articulate, personable, and comfortable with meeting new people.
- Above average technical ability.
- Proactive, problem solver.
- Has reliable transportation to and from home office in Ashburn, VA.
- Ability to earn more by upselling, our service technicians make great commission.
- Must have work boots (steel toe not required) and work apparel. We will provide you with branded clothing.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members
