We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operator & Driver to help us maintain our reputation for top-tier service.
The Role
In this dual-capacity role, you will be the backbone of our inventory management and a key face of our business on the road. You will manage a large-scale warehouse, ensure inventory accuracy, and provide safe, professional delivery of parts to our valued commercial partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory & Warehouse Management: Pull, pack, and stage parts for customer orders. Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and processing daily stock shipments.
- Logistics & Delivery: Safely load trucks and deliver parts to the dealership and external commercial customers. Pick up returns and cores as needed.
- Quality Control: Inspect all incoming and outgoing parts for damage. Ensure orders are accurate and packed securely for transport.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate a forklift to move heavy parts and organize high-level racking.
- Facility Care: Maintain a clean, professional, and safe warehouse environment (including dusting, floor maintenance, and parking lot upkeep).
What Sets You Up for Success
- Experience: Previous experience with automotive parts is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Ability to operate inventory systems (Back stock) and basic proficiency in navigating delivery routes.
- Communication: A friendly, professional demeanor with the ability to build strong relationships with peers and customers.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and climbing for the duration of your shift.
- Detail Oriented: Strong basic math skills and the ability to interpret safety rules, parts catalogs, and maintenance manuals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required).
- Class A or B License (A major plus!).
- Forklift certification or the ability/willingness to be trained.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
