Job Summary:
As a Tasting Room Hospitality Associate, you’ll be responsible for creating a warm, informative, and memorable experience for every guest. This position requires excellent customer service, strong sales ability, and a genuine enthusiasm for wine, hospitality, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage guests in the tasting room with professionalism and warmth
- Lead wine tastings and educate guests about our wines and winery story
- Promote and sell wines, wine club memberships, and merchandise
- Maintain a clean and organized tasting room environment
- Assist with restocking, setup, and breakdown of service areas for daily business, group reservations, and events.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle transactions accurately
- Support special events and private tastings as needed
Qualifications:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong sales skills and a confident, proactive approach
- Weekend availability is required - This job is mainly weekends
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Previous experience in hospitality, wine service, and retail is a must.
- Strong sales acumen is a must.
- Must be 21+ years of age
