Our Team is growing! Coach USA-Dillon’s is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented candidate to provide support to the Safety Manager in a fast-paced transportation office. The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a team environment and working with the public. Excellent phone skills are required..
Responsibilities
- Schedule drivers for DOT physicals, BP/DM follow-ups, and BTW training
- Submit drivers’ medical cards to DMV
- Run MVRs
- Assisting in gathering data from accidents/incidents such as photos, GPS, etc.
- Manage drivers’ hours of service records
- Schedule drivers for Safety Meetings
- Order safety supplies
- Responsible for Saucon and driver logs/EDVIR, etc.
- Assisting with additional responsibilities as needed by Safety Manager or General Manager
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Strong Communication Skills (Written/Verbal)
- Proficient Knowledge of MS Office Applications (MS Word, Excel)
- Ability to Work Independently
- Ability to meet Deadlines
