About this role
A chef-driven craft food and coffee concept — known for small-batch offerings, premium ingredients, and exceptional guest experiences — is conducting a confidential search for a General Manager. The employer's name will be shared with qualified candidates during the screening process.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Front-of-House team
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with a warm, positive service mindset
- Manage daily operations: scheduling, labor, inventory, ordering, and store standards
- Ensure product quality, cleanliness, and consistency across all touchpoints
- Drive KPIs including P&L, COGS, labor, sales, and customer sentiment
- Oversee catering operations, events, and community activations
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train team members who embody a high-performance culture
Requirements
- 4+ years of management experience in hospitality, QSR, café, bakery, or food & beverage
- Experience leading teams of 10+ per shift
- Strong understanding of P&L, labor management, scheduling, and operations
- Ability to remain composed and effective in high-volume environments
- ServSafe Manager Certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Availability to work weekends and holidays

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
