About Swahili Village

We are currently hiring Servers, Bartenders, and Hosts to join our growing team.

Position Summary
We are seeking energetic, professional, and guest-focused hospitality professionals to join our front-of-house team.
Server Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service from greeting through farewell
- Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
- Maintain menu knowledge and make thoughtful recommendations
- Process guest payments and manage checks efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams
Bartender Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine with speed and consistency
- Engage guests with warm, professional hospitality
- Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and inventory standards
- Ensure responsible alcohol service
- Create a high-energy, upscale bar experience
Host Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations and wait lists
- Coordinate seating flow with servers and management
- Maintain a polished front-of-house presence
- Set the tone for an outstanding guest experience

- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
