Overview
Nash And Smashed Manassas Park is looking for a reliable and motivated Assistant Manager to join our fast-paced restaurant team. (NOTE: if things end up working out over time they will be promoted to General Manager within a specific short time frame.) We are looking for someone who can confidently manage employees, provide excellent customer service, and handle register duties while keeping operations running smoothly. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills in a busy environment.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support team members during shifts
Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
Help manage daily restaurant operations and maintain cleanliness standards
Assist with opening and closing duties
Ensure employees stay productive and maintain a positive work environment
Support training of new team members
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking
Requirements
Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
Leadership or management experience is a plus
Ability to manage staff and work the register at the same time
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, responsible, and hardworking
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends if needed
Ability to stay organized under pressure
