Position Summary: Server
Servers at Field & Main are responsible for delivering thoughtful, high-quality dining experiences that reflect our mission and values. This role extends beyond service, it is about creating meaningful connections with guests and contributing to a culture of respect, professionalism, and teamwork.Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and intuitive service that creates memorable guest experiences
- Maintain a strong understanding of menu offerings, wine and beverage programs, and sourcing philosophy
- Uphold service standards with consistency, precision, and care
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked service stations
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment
- Support team members and overall restaurant operations with a spirit of generosity and accountability
