Sweet Leaf is a community cafe that has all types of options, breakfast, sandwiches, warm grain bowls, shakes / smoothies, baked goods and more but you can check out our menu. What truly defines us is our honest food made with real ingredients from our local farmers and partners.
We're looking for Restaurant Managers (RMs) who can be the primary leader of his or her store. As a Sweet Leaf Manager you'll be ensuring that our guests experience, fresh, healthy food with a fun and friendly staff who give a positive vibe.

Experience you should have:
5+ years' experience in restaurant management Experience in fast casual restaurant chains (preferred)
Managed and developed 20+ team members per shift P&L, COGS, Developing Budgets, Financial Planning and Strategy, Decision Making, Process Improvement, Strategic Planning, Labor/Scheduling, Training & Team Development, Quality Focus
Experience in Food Safety + Planning Ability to coordinate multiple tasks such as food, beverage + labor cost while maintaining required standards of operation in daily restaurant activities
Must possess good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff*
What you need:
> Serve Safe Certification
> Solid knowledge of MS office suite and Google for Business apps

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
