Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and dependable Cook who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments. This role requires someone who can work independently, maintain exceptional kitchen safety and sanitation standards, and consistently deliver high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items in a high-volume setting
- Execute large orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and temperature control
- Keep workstation clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in catering or high-volume cooking
- MUST have a clean criminal record for last 7 years (no convictions of felony or misdemeanors)
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience preparing large batch meals with consistency and quality
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Fine dining experience or restaurant experience is highly desirable for this role

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
