We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Supervised Visitation Supervisor to oversee safe and supportive visitation sessions between children and their families. Responsibilities
- Supervise scheduled visitation sessions between children and their parents or guardians in accordance with court orders and agency policies.
- Monitor interactions during visits to ensure safety, appropriate behavior, and compliance with all relevant regulations related to child protective services and family law.
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support positive communication and engagement between family members.
- Respond promptly to any behavioral or emotional crises during visits, implementing crisis intervention strategies as needed.
- Document visit details accurately, including observations, incidents, and any concerns related to child welfare or behavioral health.
- Collaborate with social workers, legal professionals, and other stakeholders to coordinate care plans and address any issues that arise during supervised visits.
- Manage conflicts effectively by applying conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations, always prioritizing the safety of children and adults involved.

What You'll Do
- Supervise court-ordered or voluntary parent-child visitation sessions
- Ensure child safety and emotional well-being at all times
- Maintain strict neutrality and professionalism in high-conflict situations
- Observe, document, and prepare detailed visit reports and incident documentation
- Facilitate safe exchanges between parents
- De-escalate tense situations calmly
- Communicate with attorneys, therapists, case managers, and court personnel as needed
- Uphold strict confidentiality
What We're Looking For
- 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's or Master's degree strongly preferred in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, Criminal Justice, or Education
- Social workers, case managers, and family services professionals especially encouraged to apply
- Experience with children, families, or in family law, behavioral health, child welfare, or crisis intervention
- Strong written documentation skills
- Calm, neutral demeanor under pressure
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, child abuse clearance, and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
