Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Nurse (RN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on a part-time basis, working three days per week, ideally Tues/Wed/Thursdays.This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic outpatient or clinic setting. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient service while supporting clinical operations. You will play a vital role in assisting with patient intake, vital signs, medical documentation, and supporting allergist providers.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient intake procedures, including collecting medical histories and documenting symptoms accurately.
Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates.
Assist healthcare providers with clinical tasks such as medication administration, allergy and asthma procedures.
Support medical administrative functions by updating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems efficiently and accurately and obtaining insurance benefits and scheduling patients.
Prepare patients for examinations or treatments by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort. We see both pediatric and adult patients so you need to be comfortable with all ages
Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment while adhering to infection control protocols.
Qualifications
Valid certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), RN license, or LPN license required.
Prior experience in outpatient clinics preferred.
Experience working within EHR systems and managing medical documentation efficiently preferred .
Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a medical setting.

Pay: $16.00 - $28.00 per hour
