Help build families — one carefully packed shipment at a time.
At Fairfax EggBank, the work we do changes lives. We're one of the largest frozen donor egg banks in the world, and behind every shipment that leaves our facility is a person or couple hoping to start a family. We're looking for a dependable, detail-loving person to join our logistics team and help make those moments happen — no lab or science background required. We'll teach you everything you need to know.
Is this you? You're organized, hands-on, and take real pride in getting the small things exactly right. You'd rather be up and moving than sitting still, and you love the satisfaction of a job done carefully and well. You're excited to get your foot in the door of a fascinating, meaningful industry.
One honest heads-up: this is an operations and logistics role — not a bench science, embryology, or research position. If laboratory research is what you're after, this isn't the one. But if everything above sounds like you, we'd genuinely love to meet you.
Why you'll love it here:
Your work truly matters. Every container you pack and every record you keep is part of someone's journey to parenthood. Few entry-level roles let you say your attention to detail directly helped build a family — here, it does.
You'll be part of the best in the field. Fairfax EggBank operates the world's largest distribution network for frozen donor eggs, partnering with 450+ clinics around the globe. With a team that brings together 100+ years of combined embryology expertise, you'll learn the industry from the people who helped shape it.
You'll have a team behind you. You'll join a warm, collaborative group that genuinely values dependability and care — the kind of people who train you well, have your back, and celebrate the details with you. We're proud to foster an inclusive workplace and to support the LGBTQIA+ community.
You'll be taken care of. Competitive hourly pay and a benefits package that actually delivers (the full list is below).
What your day looks like:
- Prepare, pack, receive, and process 35 lb. cryogenic shipping containers every day (yes, it's hands-on and physical — that's part of the fun)
- Coordinate inbound and outbound frozen egg shipments to clinics and partner labs
- Manage and track FedEx shipments and the logistics that keep them on time
- Verify shipping documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Track, reconcile, and document incoming shipments and supplies
- Keep an eye on shipping supply inventory levels
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and filing systems per our SOPs
- Support QA/QC procedures and the daily care of our shipping containers
- Keep clear, friendly communication flowing with internal teams, clinics, and shipping vendors
- Stay cool under pressure with time-sensitive shipments in a fast-paced setting
- Pitch in on operational and administrative tasks as needed
What we hope you'll bring:
