Spinal Health Group is seeking a full-time Clinical Operations Assistant to work directly alongside the doctor and help ensure our patients receive an exceptional experience from start to finish.
This is not a typical healthcare assistant position.

The right person will become the doctor's right hand and play a critical role in keeping the clinic running smoothly every day.
What this role actually looks like:
You will help coordinate patient flow, prepare treatment areas, maintain organization throughout the clinic, assist with documentation, and anticipate needs before they become problems.
A successful day means:
- Patients move smoothly through their appointments.
- Treatment rooms are prepared before they're needed.
- Documentation stays up to date.
- The doctor can focus entirely on patient care.
- Details do not fall through the cracks.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient flow throughout the clinic
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Scribe and document patient visits
- Coordinate patient movement between treatment areas
- Assist with therapies and treatment setup
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Help maintain efficient clinic operations
- Anticipate and address operational needs before they become issues
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, customer service, operations, executive support, office management, or similar roles
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
- Healthcare experience is helpful but not required.
