Job Overview
We’re looking for an EXPERIENCED energetic, personable Bartender to join our team! As the face of the bar, you’ll craft exceptional beverages, serve guests with enthusiasm, and help create a fun and welcoming environment. What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and flair
- Provide food service to bar guests
- Accurately enter orders using Shift4 SkyTab POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar while adhering to food safety standards
- Handle cash and process payments efficiently during high-volume shifts
- Engage guests with friendly, attentive service while promoting menu items and drink specials
- Restock garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure seamless service
- Support special events, nightclub evenings, and banquets to ensure smooth bar operations
- What We’re Looking For
- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment (nightclub, high-volume restaurant, or fine dining preferred)
- TIPS certification (or ability to obtain within 45 days of hire)
- Familiarity with POS systems (Shift4 SkyTab experience a plus)
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and proper handling procedures
- Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus
- Strong cash-handling and basic math skills
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
