Create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest through warm, attentive, and personalized service

Guide guests through the menu with confidence, offering thoughtful recommendations and genuine hospitality

Take food and beverage orders accurately while engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner

Seamlessly enter orders into the POS system and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely, accurate service

Anticipate guest needs, check in throughout the dining experience, and address any concerns with care and urgency

Present checks in a timely manner and process payments accurately, maintaining full accountability for all transactions

Collaborate with bussers, food runners, bartenders, and managers to deliver a smooth, cohesive service experience
