League Outfitters is looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Jessup, Maryland location. We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented team member who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
This position is a great fit for someone who is organized, reliable, comfortable using technology, and interested in being part of a growing family-owned sporting goods company.
Responsibilities
- Pick and verify customer orders using tablets, scanners, and warehouse systems
- Process and ship customer orders using a computer
- Prepare, pack, and complete orders for shipment
- Receive, unload, label, store, and organize warehouse inventory
- Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock levels
- Maintain high quality standards when picking, packing, and shipping orders
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or order issues
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and team members
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely and properly
- Follow company procedures, safety rules, and quality service standards
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
- Basic computer skills
- Comfortable using tablets, scanners, and warehouse technology
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Interest in sports or sporting goods is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and carry warehouse products as needed
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment
