Food Trailer Server (Part-Time)
We are a dynamic food trailer company looking for an enthusiastic and reliable team member to join us as a Food Trailer Server & Barista. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for coffee, food, and customer service, we'd love to hear from you!
Schedule:
- Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:15 AM – 3:15 PM
Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee and espresso drinks following established recipes and quality standards
- Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- On Saturdays, prepare fresh sandwiches according to recipes and food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food trailer and workstations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Respond to customer questions and resolve issues professionally
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with setting up and closing down the food trailer when needed
Requirements:
- Barista experience or experience in a fast-paced café, food truck, or kitchen is a plus
- Ability to accurately handle cash and POS transactions
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working outdoors, standing for extended periods, and working in a compact workspace
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn and grow with the company
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
