Job Summary

Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Oversee inventory control, food management, and cost management to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Supervise staff training, development, and performance evaluations to cultivate a motivated and skilled team.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and health codes across all areas of the restaurant.
- Handle cash management duties including cash handling procedures, shift reports, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, culinary standards, and special event catering like banquets or large parties.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with a strong background in food service management.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen operations.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with cash handling procedures.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant settings with skills in team management and staff training.
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols, inventory control, budgeting, and cost analysis.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Previous experience in casual dining or fine dining environments is preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
- Ability to lead with energy, motivate teams, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
