Requirements & Qualifications

2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant environment
Strong administrative, organizational, and leadership skills
Experience with scheduling, labor management, and operational reporting
Knowledge of payroll systems and workforce administration
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and restaurant management software
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Proactive problem solver with a strong leadership presence

Preferred Background & Skills

Experience with tools like Toast, Sling, Restaurant365, or similar platforms
Hiring, onboarding, and HR administration experience
Financial reporting and budgeting background
Upscale casual or full-service restaurant experience
Experience building systems, processes, and operational structures

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead and motivate staff on the floor to ensure outstanding guest experiences
Support onboarding, training, and ongoing team development
Oversee schedules, payroll, inventory, and compliance-related processes
Manage administrative tasks such as reporting, labor, and workforce systems
Collaborate with ownership on operational improvements and strategic initiatives
Identify opportunities to enhance systems, efficiency, and service quality
