The Opportunity
Bluejacket Industries Materials LLC is seeking a reliable, mid-career HVAC Technician for commercial maintenance, preventative maintenance, and specialized duct cleaning operations. This position requires travel across regional job sites rather than assignment to a single facility.
Our primary requirements are absolute integrity to report for work daily, a strong work ethic to execute assignments proactively, and the communication skills necessary to train new hires and brief company leadership. You will work as part of a mobile team supported by an experienced Superintendent and project management staff.
The Mission
- Mechanical Maintenance & Cleaning: Execute preventative maintenance, restoration, and comprehensive commercial duct cleaning across various client facilities.
- Mobile Operations: Travel to assigned regional project sites to execute contract specifications.
- Field Documentation: Document daily work progress and photos via a company tablet for the project management team.
Requirements
- Core Values: Demonstrated integrity, consistent daily attendance, and a proactive work ethic.
- Safety: OSHA 10 Certification.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Security: United States Citizenship. Must pass federal background checks required for secure facility access.
- Travel: Reliable flexibility to travel to regional job sites.
- Experience: Proficiency with commercial HVAC systems, preventative maintenance, and mechanical cleaning.
