When inventory is accurate and equipment is show-ready, productions run smoothly. You'll play a critical role in making that happen.

- Track equipment accurately by scanning gear in and out through our inventory management system.
- Maintain inventory records that support availability, accountability, and operational efficiency.
- Verify equipment movement to ensure accurate documentation throughout the gear lifecycle.
- Pull equipment according to show orders and production requirements.
- Stage, pack, and document equipment for outgoing events.
- Help ensure orders leave complete, accurate, and ready for execution.
- Inspect returned equipment and confirm quantities against manifests.
- Assist with cleaning, organization, and basic cosmetic repairs.
- Identify gear that requires additional inspection or maintenance.
- Support incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Review shipping documentation and manifests for accuracy.
- Assist with domestic and international event logistics requirements.
- Partner with internal teams to maintain smooth operational workflows.
- Help organize inventory locations and support warehouse efficiency.
- Contribute to a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in audiovisual equipment, warehouse operations, logistics, or a related environment is preferred.
- At least 1 year of audio/visual equipment experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining organization.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to work.
- Interest in learning event technology and supporting live productions.
- Work with the equipment and technology behind live events, productions, and experiences.
