We are currently hiring experienced CDL-A Over-the-Road (OTR) drivers for our Dry Van and Flatbed divisions.
Compensation
3 Options:
1. Lease-to-purchase
2.$0.77–$1 per mile, based on experience
3.OR 33-35% of gross revenue

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle in compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations.
- Transport Dry Van or Flatbed freight safely and on time.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Secure Flatbed loads safely and according to regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs and required transportation documents.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding deliveries and scheduling.
- Represent PAVA Logistics professionally while serving customers.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR driving experience
- Clean driving record preferred
- Ability to pass DOT drug screening and physical
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service
- Willing to stay on the road for a minimum of 12 days per trip
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per week
