Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurat (Momo chicken & Grill) and a Karaoke Bar (Echo Box). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, with a focus on casual and fine dining environments. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a passion for food service, and the ability to manage a diverse team while ensuring an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including kitchen management, front-of-house service, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Oversee financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus that reflect current trends in the food service industry.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain seamless operations.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or restaurant management is essential.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and food preparation.
- Familiarity with inventory control systems and best practices in food service management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff alike.
- Previous experience in casual dining or fine dining establishments is preferred.
