Summary:
Ravenna Pizza is seeking an experienced and dynamic Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, serving a diverse selection of wines and beers, and providing an outstanding experience for our guests. Your skills and passion for mixology will help enhance our vibrant bar atmosphere and complement our delicious menu of Roman-style pizza, gelato, and pastries.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of bartending experience, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment.
- Mixology Skills: Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine and beer service, and extensive familiarity with various spirits and liqueurs.
- Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcome.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow drink recipes accurately and maintain consistency in all beverages served.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Flexible Schedule: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Responsibilities:
- Crafting Cocktails: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and consistency in every drink.
- Guest Interaction: Engage with guests, providing recommendations and tailoring drinks to their preferences for a personalized experience.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Support: Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist with ordering as necessary to maintain stock.
- Handling Payments: Process cash and credit card transactions securely and accurately, ensuring efficient service.
- Promoting Specials: Inform guests about daily drink specials and promotions to encourage participation and enhance their experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff to facilitate timely service and support during peak hours, maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
