Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Barista/Bar Prep to join our team. In this role, you’ll support bar operations by preparing drinks and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee and customer service, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain all work areas and equipment used in food and beverage preparation.
Ensure proper and adequate daily setup of the bar by requisitioning, stocking, and preparing all necessary condiments and produce according to established standards.
Prepare food items to order following established recipes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Make required drinks during shift as needed.
Stock shelves, racks, tables, and service stations with necessary supplies for service.
Support bartenders and service staff to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar and storage areas.
Assist with opening, running, and closing side work duties as assigned.

Experience:

1+ years experience in a high volume, upscale restaurant.
Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude and a team-oriented approach.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing time effectively during peak hours.

Requirements:

Stand for long periods of time (duration of your shift)
Carry/push/pull up to 50lbs
Ability to kneel, squat, reach, climb a ladder.
