Job Title: Kitchen Assistant (Prep & Grill Support)
Location: Olive Lebanese Eatery – Herndon, VA
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM

About Us:
Olive Lebanese Eatery is a fast-growing Mediterranean restaurant known for fresh, high-quality dishes and a welcoming team environment. We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our Herndon location.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily food prep (chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, etc.)
Support grill station as needed
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
Wash dishes and ensure proper sanitation standards
Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines

Requirements:

SafeServe (Food Handler) Certification preferred
Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred
Ability to work as a team
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Punctual and dependable
English Language Skills required
