We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to understand their preferences and recommend menu items or drinks accordingly.
Operate POS systems such as Toast for order processing, cash handling, and billing accurately.
Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently by practicing excellent time management skills to minimize wait times.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety and food handling regulations.
Restock supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.
Handle cash transactions accurately, perform retail math calculations, and balance registers at the end of each shift.
Support catering events, banquets, or private parties by serving food and beverages seamlessly in a fast-paced environment.
Uphold high standards of customer service by actively listening to guest needs and resolving any issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere that promotes sales and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet service or food industry settings; retail math skills are essential.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast for efficient order processing and cash handling.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours without compromising service quality.
Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for billing, tips, and inventory management.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude that enhances guest experiences.
Experience in serving at catering events or banquet settings is preferred.
Knowledge of brewing processes or hospitality industry standards is a plus.
