Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience. Responsibilities

Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining consistency and quality.
Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure timely service.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Oversee inventory management, control food costs, and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation regulations across all kitchen areas.
Coordinate with catering and banquet departments to deliver high-quality event catering services.
Monitor food production processes and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and quality.

Requirements

Proven experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments with strong culinary skills.
Proven expreince with middle eastern and mediteranean cusines.
Demonstrated supervising experience with team management capabilities.
Extensive knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation practices.
Experience in banquet service, catering, or large-scale food production is required.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with inventory control, menu planning, and kitchen management systems.
