League Outfitters is looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Jessup, Maryland location. We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented team member who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This position is a great fit for someone who is organized, reliable, comfortable using technology, and interested in being part of a growing family-owned sporting goods company.

Responsibilities

Pick and verify customer orders using tablets, scanners, and warehouse systems
Process and ship customer orders using a computer
Prepare, pack, and complete orders for shipment
Receive, unload, label, store, and organize warehouse inventory
Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock levels
Maintain high quality standards when picking, packing, and shipping orders
Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or order issues
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and team members
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely and properly
Follow company procedures, safety rules, and quality service standards

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
Basic computer skills
Comfortable using tablets, scanners, and warehouse technology
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Interest in sports or sporting goods is a plus

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
Ability to lift and carry warehouse products as needed
Ability to work in a warehouse environment
