Food Trailer Server (Part-Time)

We are a dynamic food trailer company looking for an enthusiastic and reliable team member to join us as a Food Trailer Server & Barista. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for coffee, food, and customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

Schedule:

Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Saturday: 8:15 AM – 3:15 PM

Responsibilities:

Prepare coffee and espresso drinks following established recipes and quality standards
Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
Provide friendly, efficient customer service
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
On Saturdays, prepare fresh sandwiches according to recipes and food safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food trailer and workstations
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
Respond to customer questions and resolve issues professionally
Follow all health and safety regulations
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Assist with setting up and closing down the food trailer when needed

Requirements:

Barista experience or experience in a fast-paced café, food truck, or kitchen is a plus
Ability to accurately handle cash and POS transactions
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working outdoors, standing for extended periods, and working in a compact workspace
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn and grow with the company

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
