Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to operate a food truck, delivering delicious meals to various locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely navigating routes, maintaining the food truck, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong focus on safety, punctuality, and professionalism to ensure a positive experience for customers and smooth daily operations.

Duties

Safely operate and drive the food truck along designated routes to various delivery points.
Ensure timely delivery of food items while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
Conduct routine inspections of the food truck to ensure cleanliness, proper functioning, and compliance with health standards.
Assist with loading and unloading supplies, ingredients, and equipment as needed.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
Interact professionally with customers at delivery locations, providing friendly service when applicable.
Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents or damage during transportation.
Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly to management.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience operating trucks or similar vehicles; experience with food trucks is preferred.
Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations related to commercial vehicle operation.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
Ability to perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance tasks.
Physical ability to load/unload supplies and stand for extended periods when necessary.

Pay: $5,255.31 - $6,328.97 per month
