What You'll Do

Keep Equipment Moving

Track equipment accurately by scanning gear in and out through our inventory management system.
Maintain inventory records that support availability, accountability, and operational efficiency.
Verify equipment movement to ensure accurate documentation throughout the gear lifecycle.

Prepare Gear for Events

Pull equipment according to show orders and production requirements.
Stage, pack, and document equipment for outgoing events.
Help ensure orders leave complete, accurate, and ready for execution.

Support Equipment Turnaround

Inspect returned equipment and confirm quantities against manifests.
Assist with cleaning, organization, and basic cosmetic repairs.
Identify gear that requires additional inspection or maintenance.

Manage Shipping and Receiving

Support incoming and outgoing shipments.
Review shipping documentation and manifests for accuracy.
Assist with domestic and international event logistics requirements.

Improve Warehouse Operations

Partner with internal teams to maintain smooth operational workflows.
Help organize inventory locations and support warehouse efficiency.
Contribute to a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

Experience in audiovisual equipment, warehouse operations, logistics, or a related environment is preferred.
At least 1 year of audio/visual equipment experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining organization.
Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to work.
Interest in learning event technology and supporting live productions.
