Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating delicious and visually appealing beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure accurate cash handling and process payments using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies
- Engage with customers, build rapport, and provide excellent customer service
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with food service and catering as needed
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Basic math skills for accurately processing payments and making change
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and familiarity with different types of alcoholic beverages
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing
