The Puyenpa family of companies are comprised of multiple SBA Certified Native American Tribal 8(a) and multi-certified organizations focused on delivering Information Technology, Management Consulting, and General Construction solutions to the Federal Government along with the Commercial Sector. We are actively seeking a Facilities Management Support Specialist based in Washington D.C. This position is onsite and has a duration of six months with the possibility of being extended. Pre Employment Drug Screen will be Required.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Puyenpa team supporting our efforts with a transitioning government entity. The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Assist with performing room surveys and assessments in buildings on the White House Complex.
- Assist with cleaning out and clearing of rooms, including arranging of furniture and equipment.
- Assist with cleaning and organizing spaces to ensure readiness for use.
- Assist with performing room inspections and recording room-related information.
- Assist with printing and delivering documents.
- Assist with recording room usage and report any maintenance needs.
The qualified candidate will have the following knowledge and experience:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
- Sufficient physical fitness level to tolerate extended walking and physical activity throughout the day.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
