Job Summary
- Provide friendly, upbeat, and highly professional service to customers
- Be knowledgeable of all food & beverage offerings and offer suggestions to ensure an optimal dining experience.
- Provide beverages for dining guests via the service bar
- Setup, breakdown and maintain a clean and stocked bar by executing all opening, running and closing side work. This includes, but is not limited to, prepping garnishes, folding napkins, wiping down all bottles, organizing end-of-night financials, restocking
- Assist all staff by being a source of knowledge for all beverages
- Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially for customer interaction
- Patience and composure when dealing with guests
- Ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work any shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Prior experience mixing and serving drinks
- High level of stamina to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Have a great attitude and desire to learn and excel at your job (training will be provided!)
