Oak Creek Townhomes, Tysons Landing, and Chantilly Mews 136 Units Northern Virginia is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who is team leadership oriented with strong communication skills, ability to work independently, prioritize curb appeal, and meet preventative maintenance deadlines, has experience with property management maintenance. Knowledge of appliance maintenance/repairs, electrical, plumbing, apartment turn over and HVAC experience. alternating On Call coverage biweekly. CFC is a requirement. Benefit Package Included. Salary based on experience. Must pass background and drug test.
