Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation, ensuring efficiency and precision.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting shortages as needed.
Skills
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and culinary skills.
- Strong knife skills with the ability to handle various kitchen tools safely.
- Experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of dietary aide responsibilities within a dietary department is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
