Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for menu planning, overseeing kitchen staff, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation.
- Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
- Oversee food service management, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate banquet and catering services as needed, ensuring all events are executed flawlessly.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment while upholding health regulations.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role within the culinary field.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen management practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Experience in menu planning with an emphasis on creativity and quality.
- Familiarity with banquet and catering operations is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
