Job Summary:
We are seeking a server with Korean BBQ experience or highly motivated individuals who will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, preparing and grilling high-quality meats while maintaining a clean and organized work area. The applicant is required to handle high volume and fast pace environment. Looking for someone that will take the job seriously. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Korean cuisine, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Grilling: Operate and maintain grilling stations, ensuring that meats are cooked to perfection.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the grill stations and dining areas.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all food safety regulations and health codes.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred. Experience with Korean BBQ is a plus.
- Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work in a hot environment.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Language: Proficiency in Korean or is a plus but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
