Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and accurately input them into the cash register
- Operate espresso machines and other equipment to brew coffee and prepare beverages
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area, including countertops, equipment, and utensils
- Stock and replenish supplies as needed throughout the shift
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Follow all health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
Experience:
- Previous experience in a food service or retail environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and proper food handling procedures is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
