We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is in good working order.
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and efficiently while providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system with accuracy.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with local laws.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods, including catering events as needed.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued throughout their visit.
- Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a nightclub or food industry setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology principles.
- Proficiency in cash handling and experience using POS systems.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with customers effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A background in food service or hospitality is a plus; catering experience is also beneficial.

Pay: $22.94 - $25.48 per hour
