Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shop Supervisor to oversee operations in our fabrication shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sheet metal work and mechanical knowledge, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. As a Shop Supervisor, you will lead a team of fabricators and technicians, coordinating tasks and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in warehousing and project design, lite manufacturing, and construction.
- Reporting, Documentation and Compliance experience.
- Experienced in Project design and phase planning of a project.
- Experienced in managing a warehouse and project team.
- Fluent in English, verbal and written.
- HS Diploma required. Clean driver’s record.

- Knowledge and operation of hand tools and caulking.
- Able to meet some physical requirements: walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, etc.
- Understanding all window system curtainwall and storefront
- Able to install door hardware, use welding equipment and operate mill,
- Set up for production work, time savings.
- Keep order and clean shop. Safeguard company assets.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute the scope of work efficiently, timely and on budget.
- Manage personnel crews and company’s resources efficiently.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Maintain exceptional standards and best practices.
- Provide a punch-list free project.
- Provide a daily report to Project Managers.
- Collaborate with PMs and Field Superintendents on any issues.
Expectations:
- Full time, salaried non-exempt position with overtime potential.
- Business hours are M-F, 5am-2pm, additional hours may be required to meet deadlines.
- Comply with all company conduct guidelines. Safety first mindset.
- Must always present a clean and professional appearance.
- To be well-groomed and wear clean clothing, free of holes, tears, or other signs of wear.
- Must have an easy going and coachable mindset.
- Ability to maintain multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
