Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve an array of craft beers, cocktails, and beverages with precision and enthusiasm
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, offering recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and managing inventory
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to coordinate food orders for guests seated at the bar
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service practices and uphold compliance with relevant regulations and laws
Bonus if you are familiar with Toast.
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience in a bustling environment preferred.
- Deep knowledge of craft beers, spirits, and mixology techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering top-tier hospitality
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) is advantageous
