Assistant Butcher

Job Description: Assistant Butcher will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing a variety of meats to customer specifications, value added cooking, maintaining a clean workspace, and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Minimum of two years of meat cutting experience and must know how to handle the primal cuts of beef, pork, and lamb. Sausage making experience is preferred. Culinary experience is also preferred. Must speak english.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
