We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing exceptional service to our patrons.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Engage with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations while preparing drinks and serving food items when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate catering services for events or special occasions.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service practices are followed.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred, especially in fine dining settings.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.10 - $26.67 per hour
