Under the direct supervision of the VP of Business Services, visits offices that originate service work orders to diagnose the problem and repair as applicable. Writes up a report of action items for each service work order with diagnosis and action items taken.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)

- Drives to branch offices that have reported an issue to diagnose the problem.
- Makes minor repairs and/or recommends further action.
- Provides documentation stating the issue and what action was taken.
- Provides occasional support to the Senior Business Services Coordinator as needed.
- Maintains department’s vehicle as required.
- Follows up on service tickets as required.
- Serves as back-up to other Business Services staff members.
- Assists business services as needed

Qualifications
Education:
- Minimum of high school diploma or the equivalent.
Knowledge and Skills:
Other (licenses, certifications, schedule flexibility/OT, travel, etc.):
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and load and unload materials on to and off of vehicle;
- Standing or walking for extended periods of time;
- Regular reaching, grasping, and carrying of objects;
- Occasional travel in Company vehicle
