*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons of our establishment. *Duties* - Prepare and serve beverages following standard recipes - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Upsell additional products when appropriate - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent customer service *Qualifications* - Previous experience in bartending or hospitality preferred - Knowledge of mixing drinks and cocktail recipes - Familiarity with food safety regulations - Strong math skills for handling payments and making change - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment - Experience in banquet, retail math, or sales is a plus
