Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior staff within the DoD CIO Workforce Innovation Directorate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support analytics for Cyber workforce statutory and policy reporting, integrating with existing data frameworks.
- Conduct studies and analyze cyber compensation trends in both private and public sectors, assessing the impact on recruitment and retention.
- Utilize commercial labor market surveys and DoD workforce data to inform strategic decisions.
- Enhance and maintain analytic capabilities for tracking Cyber personnel and associated positions.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for improving compensation programs, including the DoD Target Local Market Supplement and other policy oversight initiatives.
Requirements:
- Clearance: DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Education: High school diploma
- Work Setup: 3-4 days onsite/week
- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years in administrative or executive support roles, preferably in a DoD or government environment.
- Technical Skills: Technical Skills: Proficiency MSOffice Suite and other office automation tools to include MSWord, PowerPoint, Outlook, AdobeDC, MSExcel, MSProject
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
- DoD Familiarity: Understanding of DoD operations and protocols, with experience supporting executives within this space.
