Core Responsibilities:
As a Home Remodeling Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out and generate new leads through networking, relationship-building, and innovative outreach strategies. Utilize company-provided leads as a foundation for growing your client base. Successful candidates must have an established "book of business" and demonstrated expertise in generating leads with high-income individuals, as well as a proven track record of converting leads into sales.
- Client Engagement: Initiate and cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients using remote communication tools and in-person efforts. Showcase our offerings while understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Consultations and Walkthroughs: Conduct detailed in-person consultations and property walkthroughs to assess client requirements and present tailored solutions.
- CRM Expertise: Manage all leads and client interactions within our CRM platform. Candidates should have demonstrated expertise in using CRMs to track, organize, and optimize the sales process.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and execute customized sales plans to convert leads into loyal clients, exceeding quotas and driving revenue.
- Exceptional Service: Deliver outstanding client experiences throughout the sales process. Build lasting relationships through attention to detail and personalized support.
